Hidden Key Haus
Embu · Mount Kenya foothillsMist on cedar shingles. Woodsmoke at dusk. A pine-shrouded retreat where the city forgets your name.
A family portfolio · est. in the wild
Trade the filtered lies of generic Airbnbs for a private collection of family-owned cabins. From the Embu highlands to the Kilifi coast, we offer the raw luxury of homes that actually have a pulse.
Private Kenyan sanctuaries. No corporate fluff. Family owned.
The Portfolio
Four sanctuaries, scattered across Kenya. Each with its own heartbeat, its own scent, its own set of heavy brass keys.

Mist on cedar shingles. Woodsmoke at dusk. A pine-shrouded retreat where the city forgets your name.

Salt-bleached timber, hand-quarried stone, and the slow rhythm of the tide. Barefoot, always.

A stone perch above the plains. Volcanic silence, wide horizons, and a sky that goes on forever.
A new sanctuary, quietly being made ready. We don't rush this kind of work.
Manifesto
We aren't a hospitality group; we're a family with a serious obsession for the Kenyan wild. For years, the industry has pushed sterile, cookie-cutter luxury that feels the same from Nairobi to New York.
Every cabin in our portfolio — from the mist-shrouded peaks of Embu to the salt-bleached shores of Kilifi — is hand-built, personally vetted, and family-owned. We value the patina of aged cedar over plastic perfection and the silence of the forest over the buzz of a hotel lobby.
Heavy brass keys. The sharp scent of rosemary. A heartbeat you can actually hear. This is our private collection, opened up for the rebellious few.
